1. Senior Expo: Discuss times, requirements, rehearsal, etc.- again
   • IMPORTANT:
   • Your students need to know that they are responsible for standing in front of their respective tri-folds during 5:30 pm to 6:20 pm—the actual program starts at 6:30.
   • Parents will be encouraged to walk past the tri-folds and to ask students questions.
   • Students need to be ready to answer questions from parents/teachers/other guests—please let them know this.
   • They need to be able to answer such questions as…what did your project consist of….what is the main claim of your tri-fold….how did your project raise awareness?
   • Parking will be a mess so they need to get there early.
   • I recommend that two students from each group stand in front of their tri-folds from 5:30 to 6:00, and then rotate with the other two members of their group for the 6:00 to 6:20 phase, since space will be at a premium in that room.
   • ALSO VERY IMPORTANT: Please let all your seniors know that they are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, mature manner during the senior showcase (i.e. no talking during presentations/no cell phones use/on/no one gets up to leave until the entire program is done and the audience has been told that the program is over). They need to know that the Senior Showcase is not just a celebration but also a learning activity, and that we still need to maintain an element of seriousness.
